An interactive mobile-friendly and adaptive portal to access Computer Society publications.
We were tasked to give the myCS UI an improved look and user experience. With the framework already in place, we collaborated with the IT department to use material design.
We maintained the consistent color palette used on computer.org and kept the "pubs purple" for the main navigation bar. We also designed where to add user options, notifications, search options, navigation options, favorites, download options, and created responsive art for the publications.

The user interface design for a new journal hybrid print and digital product model. This product replaced full print issues with a more cost effective small abstract book and CD.
I created the UI based on a HTML/CSS web approach, allowing each issue to be produced quickly from a template style format.
Another team member developed a custom application to pull the issue data from our database, allowing quick turnaround time in building the final product when it was ready for publication to the digital library and subscribers.
A multi-page interactive PDF that was created for authors submitting their articles the to IEEE Computer Society transactions publications.
I designed this guide to be a useful tool for authors that explained which journals accepted color figures, figure formating and maximum dimensions, author photo specs, acceptable file formats, and general page layout and recommendations.
A multi-page interactive PDF designed with submission tips or conference organizers working with the IEEE Computer Society Conferences Publishing Services group.
Also included was a freelance designer section with product specs for our vendors.
